Description:
William Dreghorn was a geologist and amateur artist living in Cyprus from the 1960’s until his death. He painted many scenes of Kyrenia where he spent his last years. The watercolour is of a narrow street in Kyrenia leading towards Cafer Mosque (Agha Cafer Pasha Mosque) near the harbour. It is a winter scene.
