Description:
A member of the London group since 1915, the artist was a regular exhibitor at the Royal Academy. His paintings were used by the Cyprus Government Office in London to attract tourists, especially his views of Kyrenia. The oil paintng portrays a pathway in the forest of the Troodos mountains. There is an excellent rendering of the trees and their shades. The branches of the pines of Troodos are looking downwards, always giving them a melancholic appearance
