Imagination and Tradition: Making our own earrings
Drawing inspiration from the exhibition Tradition Re-imagined, children will explore how tradition can meet contemporary art through the artworks of JELO6 Project Cyprus. Through observing contemporary and traditional jewellery, they will discover how materials, colours and shapes can narrate stories of people and places.
In this workshop, children will get inspired by certain items currently exhibited in CVAR to create their own, unique earrings using simple materials, such as paper, fabric and digital prints.
