This workshop invites children into a journey through the world of sounds in Cyprus, from Middle Ages to today.
Exploring musical sounds, storytelling and creative activities, students will discover the ways in which music, sounds, and rhythms shaped the island's identity. By listening to different sounds from markets, fairs, churches, coffeeshops and streets, they will come to appreciate the co-existence of different languages, nationalities, and religions.
