Masks, Colours, and Stories
CVAR invites children aged 5–12 to an interactive educational program dedicated to the magical world of carnivals! Through images, objects, and stories from different cultures, children will learn about the history and significance of carnival customs, discovering how costumes, colours, and celebrations are timeless means of expression and joy.
The program combines a guided tour with creative activities, encouraging imagination, participation, and artistic expression. In the workshop that follows, children will create their own carnival artwork, inspired by what they have seen and learned at the museum.
You can come in costume!
