A theatrical educational program dedicated to women in history
On the occasion of Women's Day, CVAR presents the theatrical educational program "Melusine," a unique interactive experience for children.
Through lively storytelling by CVAR museum educators, children learn about the legend of Cyprus' first mythical queen. Her story unfolds before them, taking them on a journey from Europe to Cyprus, where her name became linked to the island’s medieval history and the castles of the Lusignan era.
The programme is not limited to reviving the past. Its goal is to open a meaningful dialogue about how we tell women's stories today – through the fresh, authentic eyes of the children themselves.
An experience that combines history, theatre, and creative thinking.
